Roslyn's talented and professional culinary staff is pleased to provide healthy, delicious meals and friendly service to guests in Roslyn’s beautiful Dining Hall.
All groups are seated collectively with meals typically served buffet-style.
Refreshments
Daily refreshment breaks are offered to all groups, with signature sweets served at 2:00 pm.
Additional Services
A selection of catering trays and reception services (see Special Catering Items/Equipment Order Form (xls)) may be ordered for your event. Select from assorted breakfast sweets, imported cheese, fruit and vegetable trays, baked brie in crust with fruit garnish, or a salty snack. Bottled water and wine set-ups are also available.

Menu Selections
Breakfast (Served at 8 am)
Breakfast entrees are typically served with fresh seasonal fruit, yogurt, hot and cold cereals, toast and bagels with assorted toppings, a make-your-own waffle bar, and beverages.
Lunch (Served at 12:30 am)
Lunch entrees are served with a homemade soup of the day, fresh salad bar, home baked bread, assorted beverages, and delicious desserts.
Dinner (served at 6 pm, with the exception of 6:30 on Friday)
Dinner entrees feature a homemade soup of the day, salad, bread or rolls, assorted beverages, and delicious desserts.
Special Accommodations
Roslyn strives to meet the dietary preferences and needs of all of its guests by offering a variety of choices at each meal. As you dine with us, please feel free to ask our kitchen staff for anything that would make your meal more enjoyable.
If you are on a specific or controlled diet, we recommend you talk to our chef and/or bring food items with you to ensure that your dietary requirements contain to be maintained during your stay here. Please note that refrigerators for guest rooms are available upon request.
