Our kitchen provides delicious meals, served by a friendly and helpful staff, in our beautiful Dining Hall.
All groups are seated collectively with meals normally served buffet-style.
Refreshments
We offer a daily refreshment break for all groups. Signature Sweets are served around 2:00 PM in common areas near your meeting space. They are selected and prepared by Roslyn's chefs.
Additional Services
A selection of catering trays and reception services may be ordered for your event. Select from assorted breakfast sweets, imported cheese, fruit & vegetable trays, baked brie in crust with fruit garnish, or salty snack bowl. Bottled water and wine set-ups also available. Menu Selections
Menus vary from southern home-style fare to European classics and specials from around the world including Asian, Mexican, Creole and Island flavors.
- Breakfast
Breakfast entrees are usually served with fresh seasonal fruit, yogurt, hot and cold cereals, toast and bagels with assorted toppings, and beverages. Breakfast is served at 8:00 am.
- Sample Breakfast Menus:
- Southern-Style Special: homemade biscuits, cheesy grits, ham & eggs, corned beef hash
- Roslyn Special: eggs, sausage links, French toast, hash browns
- Chef's Special: egg casseroles (with sausage, cheese, etc.), bacon, Belgian waffles
- Lunch
Lunch entrees are usually served with a homemade soup of the day, fresh salad bar, home baked bread, assorted beverages, and delicious desserts prepared from scratch by our own Pastry Chef. Lunch is served at 12:30 pm.

- Southern-Style Special: fresh salad bar, Country Fried steak, mashed potatoes, corn
- Roslyn Special: fresh salad bar, beef burgundy, steamed rice, broccoli in cheese sauce
- Chef's Special: fresh salad bar, penne pasta pies (beef or chicken)
- Dinner
Dinner entrees are usually served with a homemade soup of the day, salad, homemade bread or rolls, assorted beverages, and delicious desserts prepared by our own Pastry Chef. Dinner is served at 6:00 pm Saturday-Thursday and at 6:30 pm Friday.

- Southern-Style Special: smothered pork chops, roasted potato wedges, green beans
- Roslyn Special: baked chicken, herb-roasted potatoes, peas & carrots
- Chef's Special: stuffed chicken, seasoned rice, vegetable medley
Special Accommodations
While we cannot meet the needs of every diet, those with special needs are generally pleased with our expanded salad bar (which has a protein selection), freshly prepared items and frequent vegetarian offerings.
If you are on a specific, controlled diet we suggest you bring your own items so that you can maintain your dietary requirements while at Roslyn. A refrigerator is available upon request.
