Walker Hall
Walker Hall has two meeting rooms, Walker Assembly and Walker Lounge, which are connected by a service area.

- Walker Assembly (39' x 33', 1300 sq. ft.)
- Walker Assembly can accommodate 110 chairs theater style or 70 at tables. It has a piano that guests are welcome to use.
- Walker Lounge (700 sq. ft.)
- Walker Lounge can accommodate 25 people. It has bay windows overlooking the James River Valley, comfortable chairs, a small kitchen area with microwave and refrigerator, and a board table that seats eight.
- Service Area
- Walker Hall's service area has a coffee and hot tea station, ice machine, soda machine, men's and women's handicapped accessible restrooms, buffet tables for snacks and a coat/hat rack.
Walker Assembly and Walker Lounge may be reserved separately.

Gibson Hall
Gibson Hall is a two-story structure with a large "L-shaped" meeting room on its upper floor and multiple break-out spaces on its lower level. There is no elevator in this building.
Upper Gibson (1540 sq. ft.)
Upper Gibson's meeting space holds 80 chairs theater style or 50 at tables. It can also be divided into three smaller spaces with partitions. There is a piano in upper Gibson that guests are welcome to use.
Lower Gibson
Lower Gibson has a recreation lounge, conversation pit, piano, soda machine, and a kitchen area featuring a coffee station, microwave oven, ice, and refrigerator.

Dining Hall

The dining hall is a magnificent structure, abundant in space and charm. The main dining room comfortably seats 150 and has an outdoor terrace and fireplace. There are three smaller meeting rooms, all are boardroom style with a coffee station and access to the lobby restrooms. The West Meeting Room will accommodate up to 20. The East Meeting Room comfortably seats 10. The Bishop's Dining Room seats 20 and has a mini-fridge and its own fireplace.
Powers Hall
Powers Hall, the property's original residence, houses guest registration and Roslyn's administrative offices. There is a small reading library in Powers Hall where guests can relax, play a game, watch a movie, work on a puzzle, read a book, browse the internet or just enjoy the magnificent view from the porch. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the view from a hammock that is nestled between two trees on Powers' front yard.
Tucker Hall
Tucker Hall's large meeting room can accommodate up to 80 guests. There is a piano in this room, as well as a coffee station, refrigerator and microwave oven. Tucker Hall also has two boardroom-style breakout rooms: Tucker Meeting Room (330 sq. ft.) which can accommodate 20 people and the Richmond Room (290 sq. ft.) that can seat ten. Roslyn's exercise room is also located in Tucker Hall. It can be accessed through a separate entrance on the building's right side.
The Bishop's Chapel
Maximum Guests: 100
The chapel can seat up to 100 people with chairs that allow the freedom to configure the space in many ways. The chapel has a grand piano and a portable sound system is available upon request.
The chapel is available for use by Roslyn's guests and services are scheduled according to the needs of groups staying at Roslyn. There is no charge for using the chapel. The doors are open for individual prayer when services are not in progress.
The Bishop's Chapel is not available for weddings.
