Lounge
- Walker Assembly
- (39' x 33', 1300 sq.ft.): Space accommodates 110 chairs theater style or 70 at tables, and has a piano.
- Walker Lounge
- (700 sq.ft.): Lounge can be arranged to accommodate 25. This space has bay windows overlooking the James River Valley, comfortable chairs, a small kitchen area with microwave and refrigerator, and a board table that seats eight.
- Service Area
- Has a coffee station, ice machine, soda machine, men's and women's handicapped accessible restrooms, buffet tables for snacks and ice, and a coat/hat rack.
Walker Assembly and Walker Lounge may be reserved separately.

Gibson Hall
Across the brick courtyard and fountain from Walker Hall, Gibson Hall is a two-story structure with a large, "L-shaped" meeting room (1540 sq.ft.) on the upper floor and multiple break out spaces throughout.
- Upper Gibson
- Holds 75 chairs theater style or 50 at tables, has a piano, and can be divided into 3 smaller spaces with partitions.
- Lower Gibson
- Has a recreation lounge, a conversation pit, soda machine, and a kitchen area with coffee station, microwave oven, ice and refrigerator.

West Room


East Room
The dining hall is a magnificient structure, abundant in space and charm. The main dining room comfortably seats 150 and has an outdoor terrace and fireplace. There are three smaller meeting rooms, all are boardroom style with a coffee station and access to the lobby restrooms. The West Meeting Room will accommodate up to 20. The East Meeting Room comfortably seats 10. The Bishop's Dining Room seats 20 and has a mini-fridge and its own fireplace.
Powers Hall
Powers Hall is the original house on the grounds and has guest registration and administrative offices. There is also a library and comfortable sitting areas designed for our guests to relax, play a game, watch a movie, work on a puzzle, read, browse the internet or just enjoy the magnificient view from the porch.
Tucker Hall
The large meeting room in Tucker Hall has new and improved lighting to provide a more comfortable meeting environment. This room accomodates up to 80 guests and includes a refrigerator and microwave oven. There are also three smaller boardroom style breakout rooms in Tucker-the North and Tucker Meeting Rooms (330 sq.ft.each) that accommodate 20 people each, and the Richmond Room (290 sq.ft.) for 10. All guests in Tucker have access to a coffee station and the lobby restrooms. There is also a ping pong table and foosball game in the lobby for guests to enjoy.
