Roslyn has meeting rooms sized and priced for groups of 10 to 150-for the week, for the weekend, or just for the day. Lodging is available in 48 peaceful rooms for residential groups of 96 people. Three delicious meals are served daily in our beautiful full-service dining room. Delicious snack breaks are provided for all guests. Special order items may be catered to your meeting space by our Culinary Department as well. Outdoor facilities include a picnic pavilion with seating for up to 150, nature trails, a sand volleyball court, and horseshoe pits, all on 150 scenic rolling acres in Richmond's West End, overlooking the historic Kanawha Canal and James River.

Reservations are made through our Conference Coordinator. Roslyn is available for year-round use by church and secular nonprofit organizations and may be reserved using these guidelines:

  • Reservations for overnight conferences are accepted three years in advance for Episcopal groups and two years in advance for all other groups.
  • Day-only groups may reserve up to 12 months in advance for Monday-Thursday events and up to 3 months in advance for Friday-Sunday events.
  • Minimum Group Size is 10 guests.
  • Unfortunately, Roslyn cannot accommodate for-profit businesses or private functions.
