Roslyn has a variety of meeting spaces designed for your group's productivity and comfort. The spaces range in size, shape and capacity (from ten to 110 people) and can be set up specific to your group's needs. All meeting spaces include a TV with VCR/DVD player, screen, easel, newsprint and markers. High-speed wireless is available in most spaces.
Roslyn's residential lodges feature 48 air-conditioned rooms which can sleep up to 96 people. Each room can accommodate one or two guests and is designed for comfort, rest and reflection with breathtaking views of Roslyn's grounds and the James River Valley. Towels, linens and daily housekeeping services are provided. For added convenience, a telephone, alarm clock, private bathroom, and high-speed wireless are also provided in each room. For health and safety purposes, no pets or smoking are allowed inside the buildings.
Hair dryers, irons and ironing boards are available at the registration desk in Powers Hall. Guests may also borrow DVDs from the registration desk for laptop viewing in the evenings. An intimate reading library and small gift shop are also located in Powers Hall.
Roslyn's beautiful, full-service dining hall offers exceptionally delicious and healthy meals provided by a talented and professional staff. All meals are required for overnight groups and at least one meal is required for day groups. No outside caterers are permitted.
What is a retreat without a sweet? A scrumptious tray of fresh-baked cookies is delivered to your meeting space at 2 pm daily. Special order items from Roslyn's dining hall may also be purchased using the Refreshment and Equipment Order form (.xls).
Roslyn's outdoor facilities include a screened picnic pavilion with seating for up to 100 people, nature trails, a sand volleyball court, ping pong table, and horseshoe pits, all on 150 scenic rolling acres in Richmond's West End, overlooking the historic Kanawha Canal and James River. Additional recreational amenities include an exercise room featuring a multi-weight gym, elliptical cross trainer, treadmill and recumbent bicycle.

Roslyn is available for year-round use by church, state, and secular non-profit organizations. Reservations may be made using the following guidelines:
- Reservations for overnight conferences are accepted three years in advance for Episcopal groups and two years in advance for all other groups.
- Minimum group size is ten guests.
- Unfortunately, Roslyn cannot accommodate for-profit businesses or private functions, such as weddings or receptions.
