In order for us to provide your group with the highest quality service, we need the following information from you within 10 business days of your group's arrival.
Meeting Space Set-up
- Table And Chair Arrangement:
- How many chairs?
- What table configuration, if any? E.g., Open Square, Rectangle, Horseshoe, Board Table, Classroom, etc.
- Download Floor Plans (pdf): Gibson Hall & Walker Hall
- Equipment: Please see our special catering and equipement order form (xls) for options and prices. Easels, paper, markers and tape are provided at no charge.
List of Participants
Please fax or email a complete list of all participants (include both overnights and day-only guests) with roommate pairs listed for double rooms and any single occupancies listed separately.
Note to Youth Groups: Please note which guests are adults vs. youth. Remember, we cannot place youth and adults in the same bedroom unless they are direct relatives.
Final Meal Counts for each Scheduled Meal
- Meals times are:
- Breakfast- 8:00 AM
- Lunch- 12:30 PM
- Dinner- 6:00 PM (6:30 on Fridays)
All meals are served in the Dining Hall across the circle drive from Powers Hall.
Special Needs
Please note any special needs for your group, e.g., handicapped accessible bedrooms, bedrooms closer to meeting space, food allergies, dietary requests (vegetarian, diabetic, gluten-free, etc.).
