Meeting Space Set-up

1. Table and Chair Arrangement:
   1. How many chairs?
   2. What table configuration, if any? Open Square, Rectangle, Horseshoe, Board Table, Classroom, etc.
   3. Download Floor Plans (pdf): Gibson Hall and Walker Hall
2. Equipment: Please see Roslyn's special catering and equipement order form (xls) for options and prices. Easels, paper, markers and tape are provided at no charge.

List of Participants
Please fax or email a complete list of all participants (include both overnights and day-only guests) with roommate pairs listed for double rooms and any single occupancies listed separately.

Note to Youth Groups: Please indicate which guests are adults and which are children. Remember, we cannot place youth and adults in the same bedroom unless they are direct relatives.

Final Meal Counts for each Scheduled Meal

Meals times are:
Breakfast- 8:00 am
Lunch- 12:30 pm
Dinner- 6:00 pm (6:30 on Fridays)

All meals are served in the Dining Hall, which is across the circle drive from Powers Hall.

Special Needs
Please note any special needs for your group, such as handicapped accessible bedrooms, bedrooms closer to meeting space, food allergies, dietary requests (vegetarian, diabetic, gluten-free, etc.) prior to your event. The more advance notice we receive, the better prepared we can be to meet our guests’ special needs.

Eucharist
If your group would like a Eucharist set-up, please let Roslyn’s Manager of Guest Services know the date, time(s), location, and number of people participating. Groups meeting at Roslyn may reserve the Bishop’s Chapel for two hour increments at no extra charge.

Please be sure to email any pertinent information mentioned above to Roslyn's Manager of Guest Services or fax it to 804-285-3430 as soon as possible.
